Dimension Pro issue.
Due to computer problems I have had recently to reload my Cakewalk softwares a few times.
Everything seems to be working OK except the Dimension Pro software.
When I come to use it it asks me to register. This program was registered originally when purchased in 2013.
When I try to comply and re-register it tell me to enter the registration code as was given to me. Which I do.
And it still tells me that I am not entering it properly. I have tried different ways.....Capitals...lower case...with dashes..without dashes. But to no avail.
I can call it up, bring up instruments, but no sound.
Any help please.
