Dimension pro vst not recognized by ableton live 8

I just installed windows 7 on my pc along with ableton and dimension pro.
Problem is, ableton live 8 isn't recognizing the dimension pro dll file. I've installed two other vsts and they are recognized just fine. I've made sure they are all in the same folder as well. Has anyone else had this issue? Dimension pro is by far my favorite vst so I'm going to be very bummed if I cant get it to work.
