DirectShow Error when trying to import

I am trying to import songs from my pc into audio creator, when I get the code 0x80040218; something about streaming. What's up?

    Hey there fholes. It's probably a format that Audio Creator does not support. What kind of files are they?

    Yea,

    doesn't direct show errors generally point to something with video embedded?

    I might add though, when I open it up and hit record, it will not go into record.  When I hook up to the working audio jacks with a tape recorder, it will not go into record either...it used to with no problem.

    What I also meant is, when I open it up, it will not even go into record.  When I hook up a tape player to the working audio jacks, it will not register either...it used to all the time.

    Have you tried the latest 1.5.2 patch? We fixed quite a few things with that...
