Disable auto rewind - tempo ratios

I just upgraded from an older version of Cakewalk to MC Pro and don't see a couple of features:

1. How do you disable auto rewind so, when you stop recording (or stop playback) the song doesn't always go back to the beginning but stays where you stopped ?

2. My older version let you set tempo ratios. For example, if the basic tempo is 100 bpm, you could quickly change to an offset of 80 bpm or 60 bpm. This allows you to enter a part more slowly but not lose the original tempo setting. Is this quick-change function available in MC Pro ?

    To easily change the tempo, you can right click the tempo down arrow, and that will slow it down 10 BPM per click. I don't know if there is an A/B switching option, though. Greg
