They might as well have a crack at it, couldn't be any worse than the last 3 yawn-fests. ...or could it..?

I did too, Rain. I'm actually not sure this is a good thing! @ bapu - I think there have been multiple court sightings of Jar jar which might have been a case of mistaken identity.

It all depends on who the get to write and direct. Could be good or bad. I was also fairly entertained by episode 1-3--OK, maybe not so much by Jar-Jar. He was good for one or two jokes and they kept him around much too long.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys? X2(X3 pending hardware upgrade), Emulator X2, E-mu 1212M, Virtual String Machine

That they bought it...no big surprise. They have had a lot more luck buying other people's creativity lately than making their own. Bought Marvel, made John Carter..nuf said. That they paid 4 BILLION dollars for it...well it is going to require selling a lot of Darth Vader dolls at Disneyland to make that make sense. That Lucas sold his private company and its assets for that amount of money and now plans to pursue a charity and "experimental" films...priceless. Clearly I should have made a few blockbuster movies to see me through my retirement.
