Display Waveform Preview While Recording : does'nt work in X2 for me....

I've posted about it, and got some valuable hints (such as making sure that ''Display waveform preview while recording'' was checked in ''preferences/customization/Display''.

Although it's checked, I still can'y get it and will only see the waveform appear once I stop recording (and playback).

Really annoying.  This is straight from a fresh install on my system where I have also X1 and 8.5 (thus assumes that all ''preferences'' have been imported...) and I changed absolutely nothing after install of X2 !!...

Annoying to the point that I'm sticking to X1 for now.

Try going to START>RUN (or hold the Windows Key and type "R") and type the following:

    %appdata%

Hit ok and a folder will open.  From there go to Cakewalk\SONAR X2 Producer.  Rename the file "aud.ini" and "cakewalk.ini" to something new, like "aud.ini_Original".

Then restart SONAR and see if that helps.
