Display/Module Options/Meters Settings

I'd like to see a Save button added to the Inspector, Console and Track Display/Module/Meters settings dialog for each meter type so that the dialog would stay open after a change is made allowing a number of changes to be made in that dialog and then saved. Now, the dialog closes after each change is made requiring users to go through the entire dropdown ladder for each change for each meter type.
 
Adding Save buttons on other (View, Options, Tracks, Clips, Modules, Strips, etc.) allowing multiple changes each time a dropdown is accessed would be nice as well.
 
Having custom meter settings presets would also be nice allowing selection of a preset to make settings changes for all meter types would be an added bonus. I understand that project templates can capture these settings; but I find that I'm always tweaking these settings as I work to suite the situation.
