(Disregard- Lack of sleep ) New Install Platinum ( Older Start Menu)

(Disregard- Lack of sleep ) New Install Platinum ( Older Start Menu)

I had to do a clean install of Windows Etc. because of a Windows corruption. I just installed Platinum latest update Newburyport 21.13.00.32 x64 and noticed the start menu is the older first version of it. I don't have the option of changing from icons to file name list and cannot turn off the tips etc. why would this change? The toggle used to be in the top right hand corner. Now there is only a bell and it does nothing. It was fine yesterday before I wiped the drive.

    OK I feel stupid but I am running on 4 hours sleep so I deserve a little slack. The reason why I can't toggle projects in list or icon is because I haven't loaded a project yet. DOH!!
