Do I have to stop Cleverbridge from charging me?

I may have missed this - so please excuse me and show me the way - - - but I am still being charged monthly since February 2015, (my initial payment option choice) despite having purchased the full upgrade for $99.00 when it became available this year!
Anyone have the answer as to whom I should call or what I should do?

Thanks in advance!

Brian

    Hey Scook -
I read that, but assumed that when I renewed, and paid in full, then my initial monthly would just stop at the end of its term - since I didn't renew it! (Would I have kept paying if I chose not to renew my annual?)

I will try the link, but at this point, I am owed a refund.  : )

I think you might try to give them a call - or perhaps send a Private Message to a couple of the senior staff at Cakewalk.  They have always been pretty reasonable for store-related issues, and would likely get you squared away.
