Do bakers read this forum?

Within this forum, many bugs are found, as well as many suggestions for improvements are posted, among other things.
All with a single goal: to make Sonar a better and better product, in response to customer requests.

But I'm curious to know: do bakers read anything from here?
That is, I wonder if it is worth discussing this and that, posting complaints, suggestions, etc.
If Cakewalk does not have someone OFFICIALLY following these posts, they will never really know what customers want.

Obviously they do, search on "Keith Albright" (e.g., click here). But this is not intended to be a place to communicate with the Bakers, it is supposed to be a peer-to-peer forum.

This is why they created the Bakery, however you can also use the option that has always been the most direct route to getting their attention: https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Contact/Problem-Report

The first 3 books in "The Musician's Guide to Home Recording" series are available from Hal Leonard and http://www.reverb.com. Listen to my music on http://www.YouTube.com/thecraiganderton, and visit http://www.craiganderton.com. Thanks!

Yup. I even had a response from the mighty Noel once. So, definitely.
