Do bounce Midi to track exist in Sonar x1 producer edition?

Hello,

I would like to simply bounce my midi track to wave like I used to do in Project 5, is there an hidden button or something to do this please? I cannot find any help about that in the help files.

Thank you,

Ben

If you seach in 'Help' for "Converting MIDI to Audio" or "Converting your soft synth tracks to audio"you should find what you need.
