Do the note duration shortcuts not work?

Do the note duration shortcuts not work?

I was just trying "set whole note duration" etc in PRV and it only enters the "event draw duration" default (1/8 dotted).
Am I missing something or is it broken?

    I remember having some trouble with the pre-programmed shortcuts when I first started using X1, but then I programmed my own keyboard shortcuts, and now it works like a charm.  I can't quite remember what the problem was, though. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I remember that it was something...
