Doc Page Tool: Goto Top at Bottom of Page?

Hi All,
I've started my transition/update/upgrade to SonarPro and have a suggestion for the Doc team.
 
While the 'Next Topic' at the page bottom is nice, adding the Nav tool 'TOC/<>/Index' at the bottom or least having a 'Goto Top' button/icon would be nice and could save a lot of scrolling. Most of us want to navigate after reading the page, not before.
 
I'm looking for the pdf of the manual anyway which I'd far prefer to be using. Hopefully, it's part of the installation as I haven't found a separate DL for it so far. I'll be in trouble if only the on-line doc's are provided since it appears the Help (F1) refers/duplicates the on-line docs.
