Does SONAR Producer 8.3.1 run under Windows 8?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC and was wondering.

Dell desktop XPS 8700 3.4 GHz, 32 Gb RAM

Windows 7 pro

Midi controller: need recommendation

Audio interface: Line6 Toneport UX2

    Yes, it should, but if you're going from XP to Windows 8 make sure your audio interface and any other equipment is Windows 8 compatible.
