Does SONAR supports 2560x1080

Anyone using: LG S-Class 25-Inch Monitor, or equivalent?
Curious if SONAR supports 2560x1080.

No reason why it wouldn't if the OS does. Biggest issue would be the size/readability of older VST GUIs, which are outside of Sonar's control.

Good point about older VST, I'm hoping anyone that is actually using 21:9 might post images.

    I run Sonar at 2560 x 1600, both X3 and Platinum.

    Dean L. Surkin - Steinway A (1902, rebuilt 1988), Kawai MP8, Yamaha KX-76; Intel i7-4770K, 32GB, RME AIO; HP ZR30w (great monitor!); Sonar Platinum, Garritan JABB3 and GPO4, VB3
One day, when I have the time, I will learn how to use all the features of Cakewalk 2.0. Oh, wait, Sonar 8.5. What did you say? Sonar version what?

So... would you say that resolution is making a big diff over 1920 x 1080.... say on a 27" monitor?

Yea my 34" curved display is like night and day compared to my old 27". Audio and midi editing is so much easier and I don't have to side scroll as often.

Yeah, Sonar is one app that just gets better and better the more pixels you throw at it.  Just goes to show that Skylight scales phenomenally well.  I can't say that about some of my other applications.

Obviously, since they put into one screen what used to be in three or four screens, more real estate helps. It's the smaller screen that are the problem.

Only problem I've had with higher resolution has been Waves plugins looking to small. But Sonar is ok.

Thanks for the info! I mostly work in Visual Effects and 3D, but I like to create music. Looking for a single investment monitor. 3 Monitor set up has worked well for years, but looking forward to seeing all tracks without scrolling.

I'd still keep the extra monitor(s), you can put the console on it, or VSTs.
