Does Sonar Pro or Artist work with Fxpansion Guru?

I'm back after about a 8 year hiatus and loved the way Guru worked for my drum sequencing. I believe it was 32 bit will this affect running either Sonar version?
 
Also I have some older projects from Sonar Pro back in 2005/2006 that were 32 bit. Before buying either Pro or Artist I'd like to know I can salvage these old projects. Also any feedback on stability with Sonar and macs would be great.
