Does VSTAdapter453Update need to be installed

I uninstalled Sonar 6PE and VST Adapter. Doe I need to reinstall VSTAdapter453Update in Sonar 6PE? Everything I've read only mentions it with Sonar 5 or earlier.

    From reading someone said I don't need it with 6 & above? So I'm trying to figure out these errors I'm getting
