Does X1 Producer Have Latin Perc and some midi loops?

I plan to put together soft kit and Latin Percussion with bass tracks for live performances ala 1manBand to try out my own songs and planning to buy X1 for this purpose, moving from Cubase 3. Got a few Questions: Is there a few Latin Percussion sounds or VST in the Kit? How about Bass? Are there some Latin style midi loops for these? Besides EastWest that is pricey and uses some kind of Dongle and other recommendations for some add on Latin Percussion Kits. Can you master do a finale mix or conversion to MP3 format? It's that whole legacy synth thing again.

Cake use to have an excellent drum synth in my mind called Velocity, that came with two latin sample kits.

It was part of Project 5, gone my friend unless like me you have the final version of Project 5.

Big fish is reasonable and have decent samples: http://www.bigfishaudio.com/detail.html?1193 get the free Kontakt player and load them in there. As for what is built into Sonar, the kits in Session Drummer as presented are not great for latin percussion but the individual samples are not bad. You would just have to assemble your own kit.

I'd look into EZDrummer with the Latin Percussion EZX - both are currently on sale at Audiodeluxe.com - EZdrummer is now $59 and the Latin EZX is $39 - it contains quite a few midi grooves for you to use as well as most of the percussion instruments you might be looking for.

Check out the samples at http://www.toontrack.com/products.asp?item=10

Thanks Carl, I could use any midi beats of Latin, Reggae, Blues and ballads... I am working on bak tracks for my original and covers performance here in Florida and they may be the root of a project CD to sell on gigs. I play a few times per week on the beach... Slap some on a cd or FTP site whatever works good best... and let me know if I can send you some bucks via pay pal or money order for the help...I just got X1 Prod and moved here from CuBase 3...mostly all midi work. I have Superior Drummer 2.0 and recently bought EZ Drummer Latin Percussion and Nashville EZX expansion kits on Ebay for $27 each. Find some of the dealers on there with the "Best Offer" button and shoot them an offer. They first rejected my offer of $25...but accepted my offer of $27.

I have Toontracks Latin Percussion as well; it is affordable and decent.  I was surprised at how nice it sounds.
