Has anyone been able to determine if X1c fixes the longstanding MIDI VST bug mentioned in this (and many other) threads?

It was encouraging to see Zyler Vega acknowledge the bug and indicate that it would be fixed. Just wondering if that's actually happened this time around. Anyone had a chance to try it out?
