Does X3 have Global Swing?

Just curious if X3 has a global swing for all midi tracks that can be tweaked on the fly?

Right now i have been putting a midi quantize fx on each midi track and any changes require touching each one with the change which takes way to long.

I would like to make the changes in real time on the fly so I can hear how the swing effects the song as it is playing.

With the midi quantize fx this is possible but only for one track.
