Does anyone play the Harmonica? ##Sorted - Thanks Garry!!##

And if so, would you like to contribute a short (eight measure) part for a future VeRy MeTaL project?

We may well be doing a cover of The Clash's "(White Man) In Hammersmith Palais", and there's THIS simple harmonica break that would need replicating.

Sounds like fun, but I suck on the only one I own (a Marine Band in C).

I would be happy to do that Steve. I am often called upon to perform a couple of blues harmonica spots per set with local bands. That one is so straightforward and chromatic you could probably blow and draw individual notes and comp it, but its rough edged and to do a cover justice just needs doing single pass and with correct mic (I have a Fender Green Bullet mic for such a task)

I also have a Green Bullet (still new actually).  What do you think one would be worth if I were to sell it?

Personally I have no idea Craig. I bought mine new over 20 years ago, it was around £70 (UK Pound sterling) then...

Does this harmonica belong to the same guy that left his passport and $11,000 check laying out???

Could be.  Perhaps Beagle is also a music critic?

Cool, thanks mucker

It's still in the planning at the moment (we have two more Clash covers already in the pipeline), but I'll be in touch as soon as we're underway on this.
