    In Welsh "dongle" is a "ddyfais" which translates to "device".
    In Spanish it is a "mochila" which translates to "backpack".

    The Bapu would have stronger feelings about dongles if each of his plugs required their own.

    a small device able to be connected to and used with a computer, especially to allow access to wireless broadband or use of protected software.
     
    That is indeed a funny word but with a goodporpose.
