Don't Let it Bring You Down

Since the whole Cakewalk closure thing, I've been trying to finish off some tracks for release.
Hope you like the effort. I might redo the strings - I'm not sure if they work or not.

The piano and vocal sound very good together.  I think the song needs more of a chorus element in there for variety and the lyrics could use some trimming. The strings are fine and are well placed in the song.

Nice song Philip, piano is lovely. I like the chorus, the verses don't flow as well though, could maybe use a rewrite here and there.

Nice mix, and a nifty little pop song, well performed. I think it mostly sounds great as-is, although maybe the piano could be reduced ever so slightly.

Thanks eveyone for the feedback. I've got a little question for Bjorn, when you say 'chorus element', do you mean chorus fx or the song structure? I'll try a rewrite and try reperforming it with live piano, when I get the chance.
