Downloaded new X3 demo Project, now what do I do?

NAW, don't want to do that...
 
Downloaded during the night.
Did load into X3b prod this morning.
Incredible amount of information there.
As noted before newbie + a little bit to Sonar.
 
Is there some kind of technique to help me learn using this Demo?
Exploring would help some, but with so much information there....
