Drag MIDI controller data in PRV
1. Select some controller events in PRV controller lane.
2. Drag beyond edge of PRV display.
3. Notice no scrolling of PRV viewing window.
brundlefly verified for me that this was a problem in X2, and now I see it persists in the latest SPlat.
