It won't do it automatically, but how hard is it to click View Synth Rack-and insert a softsynth?
If that's too much trouble, you can create a template with the TTS-1 already loaded.
1)Open a new project
2)View Synth Rack
3)Insert softsynth(s)
4) Save As... select Template as the file type and save it to your Templates folder
When you open a new project, you can select your template from the list of available templates. However, when you drag a MIDI file in there, you'll still have to assign the output to the TTS-1.
