I can vouch for the program.  It actually works really well.  I only had 2 drivers out of date.
One for my LanCard and the other was pretty important, don't recall exactly what it was, something to do with my chipset though.
Found them both quickly then you pick which ones you want to update, if any.  Worked Great!

However, I can also verify the fact that you will pay hell if you get infected with the adware.
I downloaded the program from another source and something got installed that I didn't catch.
I had to run SpyHunter, ADWCleaner,JRT, and RogueKiller to get my browsers completely back to normal.
All good now though.
