Dropbox uploader: Flash error on first try and now basic version not resolving...

Just as the title suggests I'm trying to upload a file (it's original material... no pirating ya'll :-p) and the first go seemed to upload the file but it told me there was a Flash error so I don't want to send it lest I waste everyones time. It suggested I use the basic uploader and after about 20 minutes the uploader is still just showing the little swirly thing, the bar doesn't seem to be showing any progress (usually shows a pink progress status) and I just realized that my browser has the little swirly thing in the tab suggesting the page isn't even resolving.

Sooo... my question is essential... WTF?

Dammit! It did it again. The file is there though. I just don't know if it's corrupt. Fricken' frackle frucker.

I had that installed at first but it was freaking me out and I think it was slowing down my system. I also saw it as a bit of a security issue and it was always trying to connect to the DB server. Then after it started hassling me for updates I said screw it and removed it. I'm not uploading that much stuff at the moment anyway.

Oh and as you know in the end it did work. The error was a lie.
