Dropped midi note weirdness

So I'm just testing out x1 now, and I'm pretty pumped; however, there seems to be some midi weirdness going on. In this instance, I'm using about 5 synths, one of them is a bass. I've created a clip and looped it. Now depending on where I start from, notes get dropped. If I start from the beginning of the song, this happens. If I start from somewhere closer to where the notes get dropped, it doesn't happen any more. Any thoughts?

    It's werid, I turned the groove clip looping off and copy pasted the original sequence and I'm still having the same problem. What weird though is that the original plays back perfectly every time.

    I think I figured it out, it's when I use quantise that things drop out on all the tracks. Humm...the quantize seems a little finicky

    Nope, that's not it. I can't pin it down. Happens for a while, then stops happening.

    Usually when these midi skips are reported, the advice is to raise the default midi prepare buffer (in Edit > Preferences > MIDI - Playback and Recording) to 500 ms or a little bigger. Hope it helps you.
