Drum Replacer For Hi Hat Separation - Is It Possible?

Hello Everyone,
 
I am trying to take this drum loop and convert it to MIDI...  since the open and closed HH sound is pretty much the same frequency, I am guessing there is really no way to extract and seperate the closed HH and the open HH using Drum Replacer?
