Drum maps for EZdrummer2 in SONAR X1 Producer? Can't use the new percussion!

I followed some instructions from somewhere on the net ages ago, regarding how to set up drum maps for using the original EZdrummer with SONAR in such a way that all the level and pan settings in EZdrummer's mixer are zeroed/centred so you mix in SONAR rather than EZdrummer. I saved this set-up as a SONAR template (.CWT) file which I use for all my projects, and it has worked without any trouble for several years, to the point where I've forgotten how I did it and how it 'works'. (Please bear with me here, as I don't really 'get' MIDI and synths and stuff; they're just a necessary evil for recording my half-@ssed guitar pop! )

The gist of it is that EZdrummer is inserted as a VST synth in SONAR (called ezdrummer1 by default), in a track folder; each drum/cymbal has its own separate audio(?) track within the folder corresponding to the layout in the EZdrummer mixer, and each track has its Input set to the appropriate numbered ezdrummer1 input (e.g. 'EZ3/EZ3R: Stereo' for the hi-hats, which are on track 3). Similarly, each track's Output goes to a bus named Drums, except that of the ezdrummer1 synth track, which goes to the drum map itself (which was provided by the public-spirited person who wrote the tutorial).

I've upgraded to EZdrummer2 and the mixer now has 14 channels instead of 10, so I've added new tracks to the folder to accommodate them and all seems to be working fine in that respect. However, the 3 new percussion pads (One Shot, Shaker and Tambourine) aren't in EZdrummer2's mixer; when I click on the pads themselves in the EZdrummer2 UI I can hear the sounds, AND see it on the level meter for track 1, which is the bass drum track (all 3 percussion pads route to it for some reason), but I can't work out how to 'tell' SONAR that I want to record the sounds to the synth track in the song's drum folder. I've had a good look through the EZdrummer2 manual, but it doesn't (perhaps understandably) give any DAW-specific instructions. Can anyone help me, please?
