Drum track sound

I have just gone to Windows 7 and am using Sonar Home Studio 4.  Everything I have done with new midi files gives me no sound on the drum track.  No problems with other tracks.  However, if I play a midi on my keyboard the sound of drums is there; just not on my computer.  Can anyone help on this ?

    what are you using for your output for MIDI?  MIDI requires a synth of some kind for output.  either a softsynth or a hardware synth.  you need to see what your MIDI output is set to.

    All the tracks are using Microsoft GS WaveTable Synth.  They are all working except the drum track.

    I would suggest using Edirol VSC instead.  MS GS Wavetable is not as good anyway, but there may be problems with trying to use MS GS wavetable in win7, I don't know since I always recommend a softsynth instead.  edirol has better sounds and is easier to bounce.
