Drum trouble please help

Hello,
I am new to this forum and also using music creator 4. I cant seem to use the virtual drums that they show you in the tour. When I try to it states that drop zone is not installed correctly or is missing so I uninstalled MC4 and reinstalled it again but still the same thing. I have a dell inspirion 1521 with windows vista. If anyone can help let me know thanks a million.
