Dual Interface Setup/Route

Hello guys, help me think this routing. I have a Konnekt8 wich has only dual/fixed stereo output, and i want to add my Digitech RP250 via USB to do reamping. The thing is that, the RP supports at 44K, and, all of my work is at 48K.
I tried streaming in the same pc with WormHole and reastream via Sonar+Chainer, but, being different sample rates, the sound comes out at different speed.
What can i do?...

    just use 44k on both. save disc space too.

    ASUS P8P67, i7-2600K, CORSAIR 16GB, HIS 5450, 3 Samsung SSD 850, Win7 64, RME AIO.

    Thks tim, but, all of my work is at 48k, and, i would really prefer not to.
    Any other idea? some Bridge/Re-route softs that i am missing?
    Maybe Rewire? (but i don´t know if i can configure different AI´s in host and client)...

    there's nothing that I'm aware of that will resample for you on the fly like that.  you can batch change your sample rates using r8brain (google it).

    At this point I would think taking an analog stage would do less damage then trying to resample.  Might even sound better.  Might want to try to calculate your round trip latency so you can slide the track back by that amount if needed or just go a sample at a time till you get it sounding tight.
