DuckBar For Sonar 2015?

Hello,
I used to be a Duckbar user but stopped using it since going to Sonar Plat.  
I am seeing it is still compatible, but how does this work with the whole monthly update thing?
Does it have to re-patch the .exe every time a new one is downloaded?
Is there a new process for using it?

    Yep. You need to re-patch after every update.

    Takes less than a minute...if that.

    Just what Gregmang said. I considered making automatic patching but it takes too much time to design, code and test compared to manual patching.

    Thank you both!

    Is there a process I can follow?  It's been a while since I used Duckbar.   

    Also if I patch Jamaica Plains with Duckbar mods, then I download Kingston - if I re-patch, it won't go back to Jamaica Plains?
     
    I am unsure of the process on how to do this.

    Step 1: Open Mod Explorer.

     
    Step 2: Select mod and click the green Install button.

     
    Go back to SONAR to factory graphics by clicking the Reset button.

    What about if I am just using EXE colors?
     
    I thought if I use the Protection feature, it would replace the newest version of Sonar with the one I backed up?

    Unfortunately SONAR2015 does not allow EXE Colors; making changes to the exe file would cause SONAR go to demo mode.
     
    Protection feature question: it would use the backed up version.

    oh I see!   that really stinks.   well, I will checkout the newest Duckbar version anyway - see what it can offer.   Thanks for your help!
