Issue confirmed here as well.

Doing either of the following corrects the tuning of the offending duplicates

Stop and start the audio engine
Start project playback

Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram .
PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
CPU: i5 4670.
Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

Internet always on.

So this only happens if you duplicate an instrument while the project is playing?  I wasn't able to get it to happen if I duplicated it while the project was stopped, only if I did it while the project was playing.

This issue manifests when you have a synth loaded and are playing it via a MIDI controller (or with MIDI coming in from an external source).  The project does not have to be playing for the issue to manifest.  The act of playing your project corrects the issue.

Even though the synths I tested this with are Rapture pro, Air Music Hybrid and AAS Ultra Analog VA-2, it would appear that it happens with all synths.

Hi folks,

We've been able to reproduce this issue when using sample rates other than 44100 Hz. It's now logged with development. As mentioned, engaging the transport in SONAR resolves the issue, which is the workaround for the time being. Thanks!
