    No BFD3 version?

Although it would have to be rerecorded with the extra comp and mono channels but would have thought there would be a BFD3 mapping for it?

I see it's only the 60's downbeat kit for BFD2 that's reduced and it doesn't sound to good to my ears.

Surprisingly, nothing other then Orchestral has come out for BFD 3...

That's sad...you'd think they'd be all over getting kits out...

    You're right

I only saw the, 'sale' sign for the 60's downbeat kit.

There's also the, 'Imperial Drums' that came out for BFD3 which are really, really good but they were from Chocolate Audio.
In truth the Orchestral kit is the only kit released by FXpansion for BFD3 as the stock kits are from platinum samples.
Actually there's 'Marching drums' too but I'm not sure that these two kits are completely new recordings for BFD3 as they already had some orchestral stuff out there, some of which is included in the percussion kit amongst others.

I don't know whether they're in the process of recording new kits or not, or perhaps other companies are looking to record kits to take advantage of BFD3's new features but the fact that all their previous expansion kits work in BFD3 just as they did in BFD2 and the fact that I have too many of them already means I'm okay for the moment

Also with regards to kits for BFD3 from other companies I'm wondering whether the lack of movement from Toontrack with Superior Drummer 3 will see Platinum Samples and others recording kits solely for BFD3 although I think it's quite easy to release separate versions of the same kits, they'd just record them with the extra comp and mono channels and release versions without those channels for superior and others.

FYI the newer esoundz kits have direct channels for all cymbals, etc.
