ESU1808 interface problems

I am using a ESU18089 interface but Sonar X! only seems to accept the odd numbered inputs from the interface. I have reloaded the very latest drivers for the ESU1808 and updated the the units firmwear. Still Sonar X! only accepts the drivers for the odd numbered channels reducing my 18 inputs down to 9. Any ideas?
