If X1 was installed first, then EZ would have found the VST folder and installed there.
But since you did it in reverse, you need to find the EZ Drummer DLL and add it to the list of folders in the X1 VST Scan so it can add it.
1: Locate the DLL for EZ Drummer (make note of the folder)
2: Open X1
3: Open Preferences (P) and go to "File > VST Settings"
4: Add the folder (from step 1) to the VST Scan Folder list
5: Scan the VST Folders
That should do it.
