Early Update 22.5.40 Trojan?

Kaspersky just stopped my download of 22.5.40 early access with a 'HEUR:Trojan-Downloader.Script.Generic' detected!

If you accessed the installer directly from our website or through Command Center I can assure you that it has been thoroughly tested and contains nothing malicious. We'll investigate the cause of this false positive. Please do share any additional details in the problem reports section. Thanks.

    its probably a PUP warning.
its because the file is not a known file.
Kap references its data base for other files of the same name checking for
    "potentially unwanted programs" = PUP.

they then reference their data base and if the file doesn't show up, its listed as a PUP.
Never mind, Sonar just stole my car.

I ran the early access update and re-scanned and Kaspersky did not complain again.

My Kaspersky flagged it the same way as well. Definitely a false positive. I told it to deal with it without rebooting, went into Kaspersky and told it to ignore that file and restored from quarantine.
