Early release 2017.2 issue

When adding a simple instrument track template, the MIDI port assignments for that track does not load as per track template.

To see this bug in action, select only one MIDI out port in preferences.  Then load a simple instrument track template.  The MIDI out of the MIDI track component of the simple instrument is assigned to the first MIDI port rather than the soft synth.

To fix this you have to reassign the MIDI out of the MIDI track to point to the soft synth component of the simple instrument track. Once you have done this and the simple instrument track plays correctly, you can save this track template.  Now when you load the track template it works as expected.

I also noticed that some projects that contain simple instrument tracks, they too load with the incorrect MIDI assignments and therefore will not play because the data for that track is being sent to the hard MIDI port instead.

I rolled back to the 2017.1 release and this did not exhibit the above behaviour.
