Early release 2017.3 issue PRV Issue

With 2017.2 and earlier, I was able to press "T" while the PRV was open and had focus to bring up the "Pick track" dialog box. The "Pick track" dialog box no longer appears while PRV is open and has focus.

I also note that in Preferences | Customisation | Keyboard Shortcuts, selecting the area "Piano Roll View", the function "Pick Track" has been missing for quite a while now. Is it possible for this to be reinstated as it is invaluable to be able the switch between tracks while in the PRV.

Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram . 
PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
CPU: i5 4670. 
Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

Internet always on.

Software: Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples 
Rapture Pro, AAS GS2, VS-3, EP-4, VA-2, Chromophone 2, Z3TA+ 2, Addictive drums 2, Addictive Keys, Mpowersynth (latest), Iris 2, GPO5, Sampletank 3,

    Hi promidi,
     
     The Pick Track functionality is now contained in the Streamlined Track Pane feature.  Basically using a filter to see the tracks you want is now a one click gesture replacing the multi-step process of opening the Pick Track dialog box, choosing the tracks you want, clicking to close it & repeating the process each time you want a new set of tracks.

    I'm having some issues with this.
     
    I like the idea, but it seems displaying multiple MIDI tracks in a single window is now very redundant for me. Every time I open the PRV I must select the combination again via the Track Pane. I can no longer select them from the Track View.
     
    Maybe the change will prove ok in time, but right now it feels like more work? Always selecting only after opening the PRV?

    Hi Keni,
     
     The developers and PM have been looking into integrating selection from the track view with the new PRV workflow.  I think there's a possibility you may see something like that by .04.
