Echo Mia MIDI WDM/KS settings for Sonar 7?

Sonar 7 is a bit unstable using ASIO and a Mia MIDI. The audio engine will just randomly stop when moving windows around and changing presets in any virtual instruments but at least it sounds fine.

Using WDM/KS everything seems quite stable but it sounds horrible/buzzy/noisy so it's pretty useless.

Do any of you have the magic combination of settings to get an Echo Mia MIDI working in Sonar 7 in Vista 32bit using the newest drivers?

I've tried the settings they suggest on their website http://www.echoaudio.com/Support/FAQ.php#14 but it doesn't work well.
