Edirol PC-50

Hi Guys,

I plan on getting a Edirol PC-50 Midi keyboard, but I have one question. There are two jack inputs on the keyboard which I believe are for pedals: https://www.storedj.com.a...side.jpg?ts=1291009398

If I bought two Roland DP-10 pedals (http://www.woodbrass.com/...OLAND+PEDALE+DP10.JPG) and plugged one into each of these inputs would they work in the same way as piano pedals work? IE. left pedal dampening the sound and the right pedal sustaining the sound? I really need to know as I plan on getting the keyboard and pedals all together!

Thanks in advance,

Mark.

You can download the manual from Roland.
For the hold (sustain pedal) it just mentions a DP series pedal.
However, they are very specific about using an EV-5 expression pedal.
It would appear that the DP is a switch, but the EV is a variable unit.
    Hope that helps.
