Edit Timing Tool bug?

Hi, I use Sonar X1d and can't use the "Edit - Timing Tool". When i select that tool, nothing happens. The same happens when i try with the smart tool and the CTRL modifier. The line become yellow but when i move to the left or right, it goes in copy mode. Is this a bug? Thanks
