Editor Control Focusing Issue

I have a VST editor for my Integra-7, which is very nice, however, there is one issue. When attempting to rename a set or tone, I cannot type in the box provided in the popup dialog box. From the viewpoint of an ex I.T. developer, I would say that SONAR is intercepting these system messages first, instead of passing them along to the focused dialog box.

I have searched all the options and settings, for both the editor and SONAR, and cannot find a "defer to focus" option for keystrokes. Is there a workaround for this, other than using notepad to type the new name and using cut-and-paste to enter it? It sure would be nice to just be able to type it in the box provided.

Thanks!

The keyboard icon on the right side of the plug-in standard header gives all keystrokes to the plugin according to this help page.

Ooh! Thanks a ton. I'll have to try that when I'm back at the desk.
