Effect Layout. How do I edit the Effect Layout?

To whom it may concern,
 
I have been able to edit the VST layout, but I cant seem to figure out how to edit my current effect layout in Platinum.  When I open the Plugin Layout Editor it lists my VST layout.  How can I edit the Effects Layout?
 
Anyone know how to do this?

    You can't edit the default one. You have to create a new one.

    You switch layouts with the drop down menu at the top right.

    Sonar Platinum (Newburyport) / Win 8.1 64bit / Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 / Absynth / Kontakt / Play / Superior Drummer 2 / ESP LTD guitar / etc
