Effects Presets

The presets for Cakewalk effects don't show up in the Preset dropdown. I've verified that the txt file containing the presets is in the Shared PLugins folder. The effects work fine.

Any suggestions?

    Are you logged in as the same user who installed the software. This from the readme.rtf file that comes with Help:


    To install and run SONAR in Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional and Home Edition, you must be logged in as a user with administrative privileges. To use the product you must be logged in as the same user that installed the program; otherwise, you will not have access to your DirectX effects presets.
