Elastic VSTi is not on a list
I can not make Elastik player visible in VSTi list in Cakewalk Sonar. Is it possible? It supposed to work as virtual instrument. I scanned all folders many times for plug ins, nothing named Elastik appears. How do I make it work? I was told to create MIDI track and assign an output to Elastik. I do not have Elastik on a list to select it as Input or Output. Please, help! Thank you, Vlada.

This have happened to me a few times with other VSTs. What I did was going into the vst-folder and find the .dll file, renaming it to something else that I could easily recognise, scan my plugins folder again and it would usually pop up in the list. Then I go back and rename it to the original name and do a re-scan and then it usually shows up in the list.
this is assuming that the .dll file is in a folder that the plugin manager points to on your system
