Encode midi track to MP3

I have imported a midi track in sonar Platinum. Can I encode it in MP3? And How?

    Hi,
    You'll need to run the MIDI through a synth.  Once you've captured that audio, you should be able to export that as an MP3.

    This is because midi files do not contain any audio at all. Hence the above suggestion about soft synth.

    ok I tried to run my MIDI through a synth ( Strum session ) and tried to export as MP3, but it does`nt work. 
    so isit possible to transform MIDI to wave or any audio using Platinum?

    Follow these instructions it includes opening to exporting a midi file.
